1. Fruit Cream

Ingredients:

Vanilla Ice cream (Amul) - 1.25 l + 0.5 l
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Powdered Sugar - as needed
Curd - 1/4 Cup
Cream - 1/2 Cup
Fruits
Banana
Apple
Anar
Mango
Orange

Method :

  1. Cut the fruits in small cubes and freeze them.

  2. Melt the icecream, mix curd, cream, vanilla essence and sugar powder.

  3. Add the cut frozen fruits just before serving.

Tips -- If one adds oranges, then one can peel the skin of individual slice and put the tiny strands so that it gives a nice flavour to the cream.
