1. Banana Maalpua
Ingredients:
Milk - 1 Cup
All purpose Flour - 1 Cup
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 Cup
Banana - 1-2
Ghee/Oil - for frying
Cashewnut pieces - 2 tbsp
Raisins - 1 tbsp
Coconut flakes - 2 tbsp
Method :
Tips --
- Mix flour, milk, sugar with mashed banana in a container and make a thick paste with pouring consistency.
- Add cashews, coconut flakes and raisins to it.
- In a flat pan, put 1 spoon ghee and heat it. Pour about 2 spoons of batter and it will spread into a round disc. Cover it with a lid. Let one side get cooked and a little brown on low flame. Once done, turn it over and cook the other side also.
