Brief Biography
Surender Kumar Sharma did B. Sc. and M.Sc. both in Physics from University of Delhi in 2004 and 2007 respectively. His inclination towards applied physics motivated him to do M.Tech. in Engineering Physics. He received his M.Tech. from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in 2009, where he was a GATE fellow, the recipient of GATE fellowship given by the MHRD, Govt. of India.
His strong interest in research encouraged him to take up research as a carrier and in order to fully devote his time on some unsolved problems in Physics; he joined the Material Science research group of Mats Lab at University of Delhi. At present he is a research scholar and holds the junior research fellowship of Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR). His research interests are in conducting nanocomposite polymers, energy storage devices, thin Films and their applications.
